Shutter Begins Shooting - HorrorMovies.ca

Shutter has finally begun shooting. Frankly I am not all that interested. I think we have had quite enough asian ghost stories remade. That said if the movie rocks I am willing to take it all back. Joshua Jackson, David Denman, James Kyson Lee and John Hensley have all signed on for Regency Enterprises film. With Masayuki Ochiai attached to direct, the film will begin shooting on March 12th in Tokyo.

The film centers on a young American couple (Jackson and Taylor) on their honeymoon in Tokyo, who begin seeing ghostly images in their photos as well as around them. With shooting finally beginning in a couple days they are actually a little behind on their schedule. In the last press release it was said to begin sometime in February. They must have hit a snag in casting that took up a little more time than anticipated.
