Jim Issac Goes On A Pig Hunt

Jim Issac is sick of doing everything within the confines of the studio so he is taking his talent to Northern California where he is starting work on his next feature Pig Hunt. Issac is probably best known for Jason X, The Horrorshow and the upcoming Skinwalkers. With his new mentality he has gathered a number of cast and crew with like minds for the project.

The film is set around a group of kids who are headed out to an Uncles farm to go pig hunting. Little do they know that out in the boonies there lies “The Ripper,” a murderous, 3,000-pound black boar which roams the forest. To add to all the madness they learn the truth of what happened to the Uncle. With things already bad enough high-powered weaponry, fields of marijuana, the unpredictable antics of a violent local redneck population, massacred emus, a machete-toting hippie stranger and “throat-slitting cult girls who grow dope by days and worship the killer pig by night," things aren't getting any better.

Issac told Fangoria, "PIG HUNT is the most exciting project I’ve done to date,” Isaac concludes. “It’s sexy, gory, outrageous, scary, dark, twisted, funny…you name it, we’ve got it! And since I’ve decided to go completely independent, I have no adult supervision!

The film is slated to shoot in San Francisco and Boonville for six weeks. No release date has been announced. As soon as we get some more information we'll be sure to let you know.
