Maria Bello Joins Cast of Mummy 3

According to MoviesOnline Maria Bello has been cast to replace Rachel Weisz in Mummy 3. Rachel was offered a role in the film but reportedly did not want to return to reprise her role.

The Mummy 3 will star Jet Li as the first emporer of China, Michelle Yeoh the sorcerer that defeated him, and of course Brendan Fraser as the adventurer. Luke Ford will play his son.
