New Line Enters The Sickhouse

Just like Dark Ride a couple years back this film has been on the waiting block for a very long time. At least it seems that way as I can remember seeing trailers and even the full website last summer. It appears that now since horror is hotter then ever and studios are willing to cough up the cash this year at Cannes, The Sickhouse is coming.

Variety reports that The Sickhouse has been picked up by New Line Cinema for North American rights. Directed by Curtis Radclyffe and starring Gina Phillips as an ambitious young archaeologist who is trying to stop a man trapped in an abandoned hospital and preyed upon by an ancient incarnation of the plague.

You can check out the official website for the film right here. It's pretty nice actually because like I said before the movie seems like it has been finished for quite some time.
