Silent Hill 2, Christopher Gans Not Back

Rumors Rumors Rumors. So its now being reported by IGN that Christopher Gans will not be returning for Silent Hill 2 since he is just to busy. Roger Avary last week said that he would ONLY return for the film if Chrisopher did. So where does that leave Silent Hill 2? Not in a good place.

The rumor on the web was that Neil Gaiman would be writing Silent Hill 2, well that has been proven to be untrue by Neil himself in a blog post on his site. Quote

I'm afraid that I don't think I am -- I mean, it's the first thing I've ever heard of it, and I'm sure that if they make a sequel Roger would want to write it himself. I am writing Black Hole with Roger (we're one draft in right now), and we already wrote next year's Beowulf. If I get home to find an invitation to write Silent Hill 2 with Roger is waiting for me I'll let you all know, but for right now I think it's a discredited internet rumour.

Silent Hill 2 has officially fallen completely apart.
