I Know Who Killed Me Sex Scene Clip

I know Who Killed Me got less then stellar reviews but here is a question. Why didnt they use the sex scene clip that has just hit the web as part of the marketing? To me they wanted to market to the male audience so wouldnt the clip below have done the trick? The film wasnt going to draw in true horror fans because of her acting chops or credibility. If your selling a movie with SEX you should at least have a sexy clip like below released before it hits theatres and dies out. Did you see the movie? Was it any good?
