Two More Join Lovely Bones

Two more have joined the cast of Peter Jacksons Lovely Bones according to FilmIck. Lindsay Salmon will play the big sister of murder victim Susie ( who will be played by Rachel Weisz ) and unknown Carolyn Dando will play one of Susie's Boyfriends friends. Not sure how that is key to the plot just yet.

Susan Sarandon recently signed on to star as well. Sarandon will play the character of Grandma Lynn, the mother to the character played by Rachel Weisz. The cast also includes Ryan Gosling and newcomer Saoirse Ronan.

Peter Jackson is going to direct and produce The Lovely Bones. The Lovely Bones is a best selling novel which is narrated by a young girl who was raped.. Catch here is the girl is dead and is narrating from heaven. She helps those left behind cope with her fate. The project is scheduled to begin filming in October in Pennsylvania and New Zealand, and will be distributed worldwide by Paramount Pictures.
