About.com interviewed Jeff Nathanson, the screenwriter for the next installment of Rush Hour starring Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan. Nathanson said that a sequel looks doubtful, "I think that it's unlikely because of the budget stuff. They're having trouble figuring out how to afford that movie."
The director, Brett Ratner, and him are talking to try and make the movie work. Chris Tucker will reportedly make $20 million against 20% of the gross for the film.
