Also starring Abe Vigoda (The Godfather), Joseph Cotten (Baron Blood), and Diane Ladd (Wild at Heart). Written by Colin Higgins (Harold and Maude) and directed by Jeannot Szwarc (Supergirl, Jaws 2). Director Jeannot Szwarc has helmed many genre classics, including Bug (1975), Jaws 2 (1978), Supergirl (1984), The Murders in the Rue Morgue (1986) (TV) - plus he has directed numerous television shows, including "Night Gallery," "The Six Million Dollar Man," "Kojak," "The Twilight Zone" (1986), "Smallville" and "Heroes."
The Devil's Daughter was writer Colin Higgins only foray into horror - he was known for some of the more respected and successful comedies of the 1970's and early 80s. This list includes Harold and Maude (1971), Silver Streak (1976), Foul Play (1978), Nine to Five (1980) and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (1982).
