McG Directing Terminator 4 ?

According to CHUD McG is in talks to direct Terminator 4. Is this good, is it bad? You decide. Sound off in the coments.  You will also remember that Claire Danes and Nick Stahl will not be returning. And as much as we would like to see Arnold back he will not have a major role. There is talk of a cameo but thats it. The Terminator 4 script has been completed by John Brancato and Michael Ferris.

As an interesting note the plot of this one is based in the future with a new main character. So that overcomes the fact that Nick Stalh and Claire Danes will NOT be returning. Despite what is being said Nick told SciFi Wire that they wont have a part of it. T3 was awesome so here is hoping for a kick ass T4.
