The Girl Next Door DVD Specs and Art

Jack Ketchums The Girl Next Door was a fantastic piece of horor literature. The story is even based on a true story which made the events in the book all the more horrorific. From what we have seen from the film so far it is looking to follow Ketchums novel very closely and I hold high hopes for the film.

Today Anchor Bay has supplied us with the DVD specs and artwork for the upcoming film. The DVD will be presented in a Widescreen (1.78:1) transfer enhanced for 16x9 televisions. The film will be available to purchase on Decemeber 4th for a suggested retail price of $26.97.

The DVD will contain the following special features:

Audio commentary with Director Gregory Wilson, Producer Andrew van den Houten, and Cinematographer/Co-Producer William M. Miller
Audio commentary with Novelist Jack Ketchum and Screenwriters Daniel Farrands and Philip Nutman
Interviews with Cast & Crew
Exclusive Documentary: The Making of The Girl Next Door
Theatrical Trailer
Screenplay (DVD-Rom)
