[REC] Remake Cast / Title Announced

Today comes word from the LA junkets that the [REC] remake is in full swing with a title, director and cast. It will be directed by Columbus Short, and be called Quarantine. The film will also star Jonathan Schaech, Jay Hernandez, Jennifer Carpenter, Steve Harris. Hollywood is really rushing the remake engine this go around remaking a spanish film that has not even been released yet.

[REC] which Quarantine is a remake of as noted is directed by Paco Plaza and Jaume Balaguero this movie looks to be alot of fun. Its a zombie movie but with a twist. Checkout some clips and trailers for the film here
