Saw 2 Review

Once in a great while a really good horror flick will come out. One that gives every horror fan what they are seeking to watch and have been dreaming about. Hoffman makes our nightmares come true with Saw 2. Fans of the first "Saw" should really dig "Saw 2". Even if you did not totally dig the first "Saw" you should give this one a try. Because i myself did not totally enjoy the first one it was a little too slow paced for my likeing. Don't get me wrong i mean the first had some great parts but its nothing but a mild appetizer compared to "Saw 2". In "Saw 2" Hoffman showed off what great skills he had in makeing a horror movie. He gives us eye droping Special FX.

Truthfully we get some nice sappy painful looking kills. This is gore at its finest hour. There is enough gore to make any gorehound happy. The acting is well played off. Everyone fits there parts well. Music is just music it never matters. So don't exspect to hear Slipknot blasting in your ears like in some lame ass "Resident Evil" movie. This is a real horror movie unlike "Resident Evil" is. So whats made "Saw 2" one of this years best horror movies?. Maybe because its a sequel to a much liked original?, Or the gore? ahhh every true horror fan loves good gore, Personally i think its a little of both to go along with its rock solid story. So take hold and read.

This is what the story is like. The seriel killer Known as jigsaw is back!!!. We all know what he is capable of. And yes he is at it again and this time he has all new contesteants not 2 but 8!!! to play his insane games of madness. Come on inside this run down house some may call it a house of doom. indeed it is for these unlucky victims that are being held inside. Under the jigsaw's eye they will drop dead like flies paying painfuly for all there wrong addictions. There is alot more to this story then i've told but as i've said before i am not a giver of spoilers.

I will tell you this much "Saw 2" has an ending that will leave you begging for a 3rd go round. Shame Hoffman is no longer with us. But he can rest in peace. Because "Saw 2" is a good film to fade away from the world with. Not too many movie directors have that chance when they die to leave a good film behind. And Hoffman will allways be rembered in the horror movie world by his "Saw" films. Over all i give "Saw 2" a 10. 

And no not because the guy who made it is dead but because its a damn good horror movie and not too many of the ones we get now can stand to hold that name. For those of you that care to know "Saw 2" is rated R for "grisly violence and gore, terror, language and drug content". I hope my review has help the some of you that may be interested in "Saw 2".
