Mind Hunters is a mixed bag. You either seem to like it or hate it. Or at least that is the general vibe from the reviews so far on this site. Me, I really enjoyed this movie. It was fun, original and actually quite creative in comparison to all the other so called scary thrillers. I dare say this movie gives SAW a good run for its money.

It has equally good writing and better then SAW, it actually has good acting.   In MindHunters on a remote island, the FBI has a training program for their psychological profiling division, called "Mindhunters", used to track down serial killers.  The training goes horribly wrong, however, when a group of seven young agents discover that one of them is a serial killer, and is setting about slaying the others. The movie is directed by Renny Harlin and stars Val Kilmer, Christopher Slater, Patricia Velasques and LL Cool J.

The movie really truly does have you guessing from start to finish as to what is going to happen next. You dont know who the killer is till the last few minutes and even when you do know who the killer is you will find yourself second guessing what you think. Overall MindHunters does suffer in some areas with a story that starts off a bit weak, and some story plot lines that really add nothing but distraction to the film. But overall its a great movie, fans of Silence of the Lambs will truly love this movie. Its a must buy, especially if you can pick it up on sale. A side note, those who love gore will appreciate the way that the people die in this movie.
