Night of the Living Dead (1990) Review

It's no secret that the majority of people over 18 years of age hate remakes, so I guess I must be a part of that majority, but every once in a while a great remake comes along, made to be like the original but bring it up to date well and respectfully, and that is exactly what George A Romero wanted, so he wrote the updated script, went into a production role and asked the great actor/make up artist Tom Savini to go into a director role for him.
And what came of this? One hell of a great film remake! The story revolves around a group of civilians as theyn attempt to survive an onslaught of zombies while trapped in a farmhouse, and how they eventually try to escape with their lives, mostly unsuccesfully. A necessary update to the original cult status film
