An American Haunting Review
Written by: Blackthingsforsale
This movie takes place in the days of yore in a semi-small town. A young girl begins having strange happening occur and soon it effects her whole family, as the attack contiue to become increasingly violent. The family suspects an old woman, who the father of the girl had a money dispute with, of being a witch and hexing them...then...
The acting in this movie was one of the better attributes. The actor potraiting the father did a good job of acting suprised and scared, even sad at appropiate times. Aside from a few minor acting moments, I would have to say that was the best part of the movie.
The effects and the of this movie were not to impressive occassionally going as low quality as moving a camera around the room and using what appear to be Adobe effects on the shot. Along with the plot holes and the lack of real solid writting, and what is essentailly the worst endings from a horror movie I have seen, at very least the least thought out, I have to put this movie on my "Do not see" list. Although, any horror movie, is a horror movie.
So, in the words of Lavar Burton "Don't take my word for it, check it yoself."
