Well this film was set not too far in the future, after WWIII. It all started with a terrorist weapon called “Bliz”, which lead to the nuclear attacks leaving the world in complete chaos, there was no law enforcement left, no morals, no nothing, it was all about survival! The youth of America was craving for their next fix being fueled by nothing other than Sex, Drugs, and Rock-n-Roll. Everyone was pretty much for themselves, besides a beautiful teenage girl named Peggy. Her mother never let her out of her sight, since the Bliz attacks started, when she was about 6 years old. That is until one day when she met Jack, a lovely young man or is he?

She sneaks away one night with Jack and his buddy who is a completely deranged teenager, with nothing but the up most disrespect for elderly people and anyone who isn't well not him. They're then taken to Muskeet to the Doom Room where their host is from nothing but our nightmares. This disturbing MC (Robert Englund) is the modern day Freak Show host, with his own little scientific experiments with the dead. This club is the heart of where the violence is born, this is where the Dance of the Dead rises.
