28 Weeks Later Review

After 2 Fox atomic movies came out Turistas and The Hills Have Eyes 2, we have 28 weeks Later. I watched the clips and the trailer a few times this past week and was ready to see a good movie. This movie was better then the other 2 Fox Atomic movies put togather. I jsut could not get away from the screen, if you liekd 28 days later Im pretty sure yourll lvoe 28 weeks later.

The plot is based 6 months after the original outbreak and The US Army is sent in to clean up and repopulate Britain. The story follows 2 kids who were evacuated during the first outbreak Andy and Tammy who come to the rebulit and repopulated District 1. From there they reunit with their dad and they find out what happened to their mother who supposely was killed by the Infected but she was lefted behind by her husband. These two bad kids find a way out of District 1 and into abandon London to find their old house. There is the real shocker where they find their mother alive but infected.

Does that blow your mind? it did to me. It happens that her immune system is helping her from becomign infected but she can still pass it on. Her husband havign no idea that shes infected and jsut disappointed his children goes to her to break her lose. They have a nice romantic kiss with slober and all that good shit and he becomes infected and kills the mother. Then he goes on a rampage killing solders and civilians and Discrict 1 is pushed into Code Red destroy everything. AFter that its mostly the remaining survivors gettign otu of there in oen piece and theres the infected Soldiers. snipers, fireballs and poison gas in their way. 

   I think this was one of the better horror movies of 2007. It wasnt as scary as peopel say but its still a good gorey film for us horror fans. It should please many who like these types of movies. Not only is there gore but theres the fun of everything. From its openign scene to its expected ending theres nothing but excitement, I thoguht there was gonna be more to the repopulating and the tests but there wasnt and i was glad cuz i wanna see some zombie action( even though theyre not zombies they sure act liek them) There was plenty of it and i was glad i got to see it.

  Another ting i liekd was they used more real blood and less CGI blood. There is a Helicopter scene that i could tell was CGI but there really no other way to do it. This movie was decent enough and worth your 10 dollars to see. There was few thigns i hated bout this movie one fo them being one cute chick and thats it and that was the girl who played Tammy.  I dont care shes pretty cute. Everythign worked out with this movies the acting was great and the gore was jsut jaw dropping and that theme was soo good i really dig the new theme to it and thats about it. ANd just incase you guys already knwo this but it is opened for another sequel the infected reached PAris France.
