Scream Someone has Taken Their Love Of Scary Movies One Step Too Far to go on a killing spree, and killing innocent victims but the main target is Sidney Presscott {Neve Campbell} to be killed, SO Don't Answer The Door,Don't Leave The House, Don't Answer The Phone, But Most Of All, Don't SCREAM... This is a tale about how horror was fading which "Wes Craven" brought it back to life, and how it became a thrill to watch over and over again! The setting takes place in a small town of Woodsboro where a killer taunts it's victims with horror trivia but now everybody is a victim and everybody is a suspect.
Critically this is acclaimed as the most definitive horror thriller of the 90's created by master of the genre Wes Craven. Scream will and is sure to Terrify you beyond belief. The Residents of a pictureque small town are being victimised by a sly psycho with a twisted love for horror movies. As horror films with real life acts of terror, it becomes clear that solving this mystery is going to be murder. An instant favourite with audiences for it's euniqe style and edgy humour, this chilling on of a kind thriller will make you laugh untill you.......... Scream! This came from Kevin Williamson's chilhood with a fasination with horror movies and bar none did a great job writing this and put his whole heart into it, and what I love in "Scream" is the desire, skill of the sly and cunning way Wes Craven wanted to make sure you were so so scared, so scared you would not go out of your house for a week!!!
This in my mind approves to be one of the most rollercoaster scare fest's of all time, I just love the performance of Neve Campbell with her troubled past and her emotion on screen, even when Sid is so so down it really feels like a real life situation. some of the scenes I enjoyed so much is when Sid and a pal have a sleepover, there is a phone call for Sid...." the look on her face tell's the whole story, and the shock of the Casey body hanging from a tree is disturbing to watch.
Wes Craven knew he picked the right cast for the movie and they all fell just into place naturally this movie was made for each and ever one of them, the music is somehow shocking, scary and chilling and somewhat hellish even with the Alice Cooper classic Schools Out, and I personally rate this movie 10 out 0f 10 in an all time great in revamping horror with a fresh new look, even so scream gave us a new horror character that could just of been anyone in the movie. So with Wes Cravens creative directing skills no one can stop him expanding his geneus mind of exellence. I highly recommend this horror classic by Wes to anyone and if you have not seen it yet!!! then where have you been for the last several years?.
