War of the Worlds (2005) Review

Wow what a movie. This is the best alien flick i've seen in a long while. Way better then Alien vs Predator. I've not enjoyed an alien movie this much since Stephen King's Dreamcatcher. This movie has everything you want in a alien flick.World Destruction, people getting burned to dust by lasers.  Its just an awesome alien flick. Steven Spielberg did a very good job on this movie.  Besides Land of the Dead this would have to be one of 2005's best. Alot of people say Steven Spielberg is not much of a horror movie maker, truth is he is not - but he still makes some very good movies and War of the Worlds is one of his best. Im not going to lie, this movie is scarier then some of the straight out horror films ive seen just lately. If your new to horror movies and you want to see a good one by Mr Spielberg check out Poltergeist 1 and 2. Over all I give War of the Worlds a 10 cause its kick ass movie. If your looking a good alien flick then don't miss this one its a must see.
