10 out of 10 Skulls

The day has finally arrived, I get to watch Steven C. Millers Automation Transfusion. Everything about this movie is awesome. You can tell that Mr. Miller invested time and talent into "Himself" and brought forth a Horror/fleshing zombie movie we can all be proud of. I am certain, Steven C. Miller graduated from the Full Sail school in Florida. (Of which I have researched and it seems like a stellar film school to me.) His production company which he started with Mark Thulman in 2004, is called Through The Heart Productions. They have produced several music videos and Automation Transfusion.

Well worth the wait!! From the first scene, shot looking out into the room from a morgue slab, to the last shot of the film which impressed me, (I love a noticable ending.) every inch of this film is enjoyable from a fan point of view, from a critic's point of view, from a film maker's point of view. Camera work  and editing is so impressive. I love the speed at which this is filmed, it affects the whole movie, not just the zombie action parts. Music and sound effects go hand in hand and I hand it to them its a great job. (The feral growling of the zombies is quite disturbing). My heart was racing much of the film. Special effects and gore is all there and so well polished this movie is head and shoulders over the typical Indie. (AND you know MY first love are Indie's). The acting is superb, couldn't ask for better. I was compassionately moved by one death, where the dude in the Romones shirt is screaming for Mercy from God. Another scene where the bartender is crying and watching the emotions shake through the main characters as they are scared, tormented, grieved. This is an intense movie. The writing was electrifying, it gave the characters depth, it gave credence to the storyline/plot of the zombie problem. Lots of different scenes, school, morgue, houses, bar, street, outside. Alot of work went into this beauty of an Indie and it shines through.

Fast, Furious, Gore drenched, what every Horror and Zombie genre fan long for. If you haven't purchased this gem of a movie yet then what are you waiting for? I am so satisfied.
