An American Werewolf in London Review

An American Werewolf in London is a true ass kicking werewolf flick. this is one of my fav werewolf movies of all time. besides "Dog Soldiers" this is a smart fun horror movie to watch. its got some good special fx in it and a good share of gore we even get to see some porn watching zombies in this movie how often do you see that in a werewolf flicks?. unlike most of todays werewolf flicks " An American Werewolf in London" stands out cause it was made in 1981 and the special fx in this movie makes the new ones look like some CGI werewolf in a horror video game. don't get me wrong good CGI adds to movies sometimes but when you totally depend on it it gets sour. truth is i've never seen a kool looking CGI werewolf. CGI werewolfs seem to stand out for some reason there easyer to tell there CGI lol they look fake in other words. the ones in " An American Werewolf in London" look life like. in this movie we find ourselfs following 2 hitchhiking americans as they run up with a beast that changes there life forever one gets turned into a zombie and the other well you know what happens when you get a werewolf bite. anyway this movie will take hold and will not let go over all i give it a 10 cause its one of a kind. if your new to horror and your looking a good werewolf flick this is a must see. also see "Dog Soldiers" check out Moviemaven's review on that one look for a review by me soon.
