Creepshow Review
Written by: Norrock The Zombie Eater
George Romero and Stephen King serve up one hell of a good horror flick. lets face it there is not another film like this one "Creepshow" is a classic. its based on some old horror comics along with a few King storys. i enjoy the hell out of movies like this with more then one story in it. i wish they would still make em like this to day. the last horror flick that had alot of storys in it that i can recall is "Tales From The Hood" if there has been a newer one made and it is really kool someone please write a review on it so i'll know to check it out lol.
As for what this movie is about im going to try to give you a brief idea it would be a long damn review if i went into every detail on every story in this movie. "Creepshow" is about a little boy who has a thing for this horror comic and he has also got issues with his dad but he deals with that basterd at the end. anyway his horror comic pulls us into 5 storys and not one is better then the other one. all of em are fun to watch.
In Fathers Day we are treated to some Romero zombie fun this is about a pissed off Father who rises from his grave he whats some cake with head on top of it. in The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill we meet up with mr king himself he plays as a redneck guy named Jordy Verrill who just happens to find a space rock the stupid fool just has to tuch it. he pays for tuching the so called meteor shit his ass pays green. in Something to Tide You Over we are treated to yet more Romero zombies. in this one we meet up on a beach where a guy wants revenge on his wife and her lover he gets his revenge but not to long after that they come back to get theres. in The Crate we meet a guy who has a big mouth bitch for a wife he gets sick of her shit and feeds her ass to a monster. in They're Creeping Up on You we meet a rich selfish bastard with funny hair. he has a fear of cockroaches so i guess all his little friends decided to pay him a visit.
Over all i give this movie a 10 cause its a classic and its fucking fun to watch. if your new to horror movies you need to see this one. in the land of wallmarts you can also get this great movie for $5:50 trust me it is good its well worth $20. if you like this movie also check out "Creepshow 2" "Tales From The Dark Side The Movie" "Two Evil Eyes" "trilogy of terror" parts 1 & 2 and "Tales From The Hood"
