In The Name of the King Review

I shouldn’t even give this movie one hairy eyeball – it SUCKED!  From the horrible casting to the cheesy lack-luster fight scenes, this little ‘gem?’ is a hit and miss all the way.

Don’t get me wrong. There were some very decent actors that have done some very excellent work in other movies. Burt frakkin Reynolds plays in this movie! Boy was his role ever not fit for the screen-vet-king that Reynolds is! It was just depressing. Ray Liotta is a pistol-whipping mobster badass, playing some kind of magician?

This movie was a meager attempt at a Braveheart / Lord of the Rings rip off. You see, crime does not pay, and let’s not forget about us poor unsuspecting casualties of this crime! Damn you Uwe Boll!
