Resident Evil Degeneration Review

Alright...Well to start...one review said that you are either a fan of the live-action films or the games...To be honest...I am absolutely obsessed with both.  I love them for the mediums in which they are presented.  This new film, in CGI, opens a whole new door.  Let me explain.

We have had quite a few games for RE!  And three live-action films...soon to be four...thus far!  But this...THIS makes 4D executer look like a PHOTOSHOP conglomerate! 

RE Degen continues the story of Claire and Leon.  We left Leon in some Spaniard township thwarting off hordes of mindless civilians!  And we left Claire in some plane heading towards home after battling the horrors in the Antarctic!  But what happens after that?

Well!  They find themselves at an airport, fighting off Zombies yet again.  But there is something deeper to this. 

Claire now works for an organization that works to fight bio-terrorism.  Leon...fresh off his case in Spain is sent on a mission to save those in the Havardville airport where Claire is currently trapped.

This film, without giving too much away, opens the door for the RE5 game.  It introduces the new company as well as fills in the gaps of what Claire and Leon have been up to.  As for Leon, well, he's always been a player.  LOL.

The whole story unfolds in Beautiful CGI!  And it gives us the bridge between RE4 and RE5 and well as RECV and RE5.  Let's hope they keep these films moving along!

I know this isn't a very helpful review, but if you are a die-hard RE fan...You'd love it.  As for those who are not die-hards...Good luck following along...Even I am a die-hard and I had to refresh on some things!
