Hmmmm….Ok, I know what you are thinking. But hear me out before you start laughing. If you’ve read any of my reviews, then you know that I tend to be rather honest about movies. So, to say that this movie was worth watching, despite the title, is rather amazing.

Plot---corny, but a chicken fast-food restaurant is built upon an indian burial ground, and the chickens start coming back to life. HEY, I said to hear me out first!!! I know it is a funny plot idea, but you know what, it worked. It was because of this that made me want to watch it. That, and the fact that it is not only considered horror, but it’s also a MUSICAL as well. Dammit, fine, get your laughter out, I can wait…No, go ahead, get it all out…Screw it, keep laughing, I’m sure not everyone is laughing out there. So, it is up to a dork who is now working there to save the day, as well as get his girlfriend back from a group of lesbians…

Nudity---it’s TROMA!!! Without nudity, there would be…um, LIONSGATE? J

CGI---excuse me, I said it’s TROMA!!!

Gore---plenty of mindless gore to satisfy those that crave it. Thrown bodyparts, extensive sprays of blood, the usual…

Scares---nada

Bottom line---I know it doesn’t sound like much, but it was well worth it. The dance sequences, the songs, the cheap gags, I honestly don’t like TROMA movies much, but this one was well worth the rental.
