Boogeyman 3 Review

4 out of 10 Skulls

Well here is the third film in the Boogeyman series and was directed by Gary Jones(who directed such films as Crocodile 2 and Spiders). The film has no major stars in it that I seen in any other film before which can be a good thing or a very bad thing.

Well the film starts off from the end of Boogeyman 2 where there have been the killings from the mental hospital and the psychiatrist's daughter has just come back from his funeral back to her own college. She reads her father's diary which she found and pretty soon starts to see the Boogeyman everywhere chasing her.

BUT the Boogeyman in part 2 was a real killer and in part 3 the boogeyman happens to be the legendary ghost figure so that makes no sense to me lol.

Anyway, the daughter freaks out and tells her best friend of the boogeyman chasing her and soon she is killed by him and her friend witnesses the ghost like figure strangling her. Soon her friend starts seeing the boogeyman and everyone in the dorm starts to get killed her by him.

This film is wayyy better than the original film but is worse than part 2. The acting in part 3 isn't too bad and there are a couple of decent kills in part 3 but some of the CGi in it towards the end sucks at times.

I don't like how they change the boogeyman character in each film. The first one sucked imho with the crappy CGI. Part 2 was good with a real masked killer stalking people and then in part 3 they go back to a ghost like figure but part 3 boogeyman was much better than the original one again as I have said.

Overall, I will give this film a 4.5 rating out of 10 cause of 2 kills in it that I liked and the acting wasn't too bad in it.
