Zombie Strippers (2008) Review

I'm going to start off by saying for those that don't like the title, I don't blame you. I think the title is boring, and quite honestly, rather stupid. But, should we always base things on a name? If you meat a girl and he name is EZ, does that necessarily lmean that you will be strapping on a condom that same night? No, of course not? I've never been that lucky. Most of us haven't. Let's see if we score with this movie...

Plot---military man, bitten by a zombie, breaks away from his group and finds himself in...a strip club. It is there where he ends up infecting one of the dancers before being pulled off of her and thrown into a cage in the basement. The dancer, who is dead, decides to get up off the floor, and, instead of eating others (yet), she wants to dance. Soon the club is busting with life and money to see the new zombie stripper act...yes, corny, God it was corny. I closed my eyes a few times to avoid the screen. Afraid? No, just can't believe that people actually made this movie. But, my comments aside, it was a decent movie. Better than most of the crap that goes directly to video, but still, not better...

• Acting---Robert England joins Jenna Jameson and other, uh, nope, don't know any one else here.
• Directing---he musta woke up and said, zombies...strippers...yes!!!
• Nudity---plenty, plus, you'll NEVER forget hearing about your first "face dance"
• CGI---honestly, I have seen some Sci-Fi movies that are better.
• Gore---body parts tossed here and there, blood squirting everywhere. And have to see Jenna Jameson's implants throughout the whole movie!!!...
• Scares---see above about Jenna Jameson...

Bottom line---not the worst idea for a zombie movie (CORPSES ARE FOREVER is), but not somethign you want on your DVD shelf to show off to the guys...
