Alien Raiders (2008) Review

Wow...wow...wow...Did I say wow? Honestly, from the opening scene, I thought it was going to be a shaky camera movie, but thankfully it wasn't. What it turned out to be was a hell of a ride that honestly was excellent. Hell, the missus was getting scared!!!

Plot---a small town supermarket is taken hostage by a group of assailants. They assailants don't want money or the hostages lives, but want to check each individual to see if they are a "carrier". It gets worse when the assailants "spotter" gets killed, forcing them to go to stricter methods of testing the hostages...is this movie worth buying? F*ck yeah!!!. 9 out of 10!!! The action creeps up on you, the suspense is high as to who it could be (I guessed only one correctly), and with an original story that I can't think of that copies from other sources, this is a movie that surely deserves a sequel!!!...

• Acting---strong cast, with the most noticeable (for me at least) was Rockmond Dunbar (from PRISON BREAK)...
• Director---Ben Rock...I have never heard of him, I have never seen anything he has done. Probably because he had never done anything. Damn, excellent movie!!!...
• Nudity---none...
• Gore---blood here, blood there...
• CGI---slight (body parts growing back, liquid thru veins). Kept to a minimum. Good too...
• Scares---I was ok, but the woman...she was freaked...

Bottom line---you're still reading this??? Go get it!!!
