City of Rott Review

Do you like animation? Do you like Zombies? do you like alot of gore? the answer to all of these is probably yes; and trust me, you will find all of it in City of Rott. City of Rott is a very cool animated zombie flick, with almost non-stop action and blood splatter everywhere.
So basicly, there was some kind of worm infestation in the water supply, and once these worms enter the human body, they take control of the brain and eat you from inside out. thus turnign you into a zombie. there is no explination as to where they came from, or how to get rid of them. so as this entire city is turned into zombie fun land, and old man is looking for a new pair of slippers. obsessing over getting new shoes (while talking to his walker) he goes on a quest to find a shoe store for some new slippers; while bashing zombie heads the whole way.
other than that, i cant tell ya much about the story, there are basicly random people that just show up out of nowhere and get turned into zombies, but not without getting some zombies brains splattered everywher.
the animation is ok. if you like south park, you'll like this. the gore is really well done in its own way. but at the same time i can totally respect it because one guy did everything for the film, animation, story, directing, voices.... everything. so cutos to you. the vocie overs are decent, they are are really similar, because as i stated about, they are all the same guy.
over all its a decent film, the gore is definately the best part. its a short film, barely running over an hour long, but where it has almost no storyling, that is a little long IMO. the gore was enough to keep me fixed on the screen for the first 30 or 40 minuits, but after that i started to loose interest. its worth a watch at least, and id leave the decision to buy it up to how much you liked it
