Hot Fuzz Review

Sergeant Nicholas Angle is a top of the line cop who exceeds on almost every level in his police force. He's so good actually that the place he is working at desides to move him to a quieter place in the country because he is making them all look bad. So when he gets to the little town he is warmly greeted by almost getting killed by a drunk driver, played by Nick Frost, who turns out to be an admirer of Nicholas. He looks up to him for being such a great cop and asks him millions of questions. Along the way of being moved to the country Nicholas has to round up the local swan that escaped and stop speeders and patrol the shops for shop lifters. But one day two people that he recently pulled over turn up dead and he doesn't rule out murder. On and on people begin dying in "accidents" and Nicholas becomes paranoid of murder and cover ups. Who will be next and why? You just might not know....heeheehee.....
This movie is Amazingly fun and funny. There are some death scenes that are amazing as well, one of which are one of my favs in cinema to date, (cough cough church roof :D). This movie is just so great and the characters are so likeable and great and perfect.
The movie has some throwbacks to action flicks and some are real noticable and some aren't. I even think I saw some Straw Dogs in there :D....The movie is directed by Edgar Wright, who also did Shaun of the Dead, and most of the cast from Shaun of the Dead returns for this movie. He hits gold twice with this movie and Shaun but Shaun in a much better film.
Hot Fuzz is just a blissfully fun movie and I would recommend it to everyone. Its funny gory and great. An easy 8/10!!!!
