Dog Soldiers is a balls to the wall werewolf action flick that goes for the jugular!! Dog Soldiers follows a group a 6 soldiers on a training mission, and things go from bad to worse when they discover another group that has been ripped to shreds!

The acting in DS is great! All the character feel believable and they all deliver some hilarious lines and also some dramatic moments. DS is also different from most Werewolf films because for the most part there are very little silver weapons.

The effects in Dog soldiers are GREAT!! The werewolves look a little cheesy at moments but are also very menacing at other times. The blood and gore is plentiful and over the top. What impressed me most about the fx are the intestines! They stretch, jiggle and glisten in the light.

Dog Soldiers is a very good werewolf film with allot of humor and gore. If you enjoy werewolf movies you will love Dog Soldiers.
