Fido is about a collar that makes zombies nice and trainable. Zombies don't feel the need to kill or eat living flesh and they can be treated like pets basically and do work and chores. This movie kind of takes place where Shaun of the Dead left off in a way and there is a scene when this guy is talking to kids at a school and he asks, "How many of you have killed a zombie?" and more then half the class raise their hands. So obviously this movie is kind of funny, and silly. Anyways, Fido is the name of one of the zombies and he belongs to a loveable family. One day though Fido attacks someone and people are trying to take Fido away and probably kill him...But it wasn't him, his collar just wasn't working...Poor Fido, will they save him?
Well....If this didn't sound weird enough, try watching the movie lol. Fido was a pretty silly movie and shouldn't be taken seriously at all. The movie is just plain and flat out silly and has some moments with the kid and the zombie that are just weird lol.
Fido was an okay movie only if taken not so seriously. But it was actually not very funny, except at parts, and it was fun and all but somewhat boring as well. The movie is somewhat enjoyable but also pretty boring and lame, and a bit too cheezy at times from what I remember.
Overall I would say Fido is worth a watch under the right circumstances but don't expect greatness. I give Fido a 6/10!!!!
