Asylum Review

3 out of 10 Skulls

Asylum is a low budget (obviously low budget) film by David Ellis (Snakes on a Plane) The Burke Asylum. In 1939 the sadistic Dr. Burke—who conducted extreme experimentation on his teenage wards—was slaughtered in a patient uprising. But, before his death, Burke swore to “kill ‘em all”. Now, it’s said his ghost roams the halls waiting to take bloody revenge.

Now the movie takes place in modern times where the asylum has been turned into a dorm.  And of course you can guess it... The kids get killed one by one by the dreaded ghost of Dr. Burke.

Sorry but this movie was a waste of my time. This movie was exaxtly and I do mean exactly like House on Haunted Hill in everyway except it takes place in a dorm and House on Haunterd Hill was by far a better movie.  If you have this movie in your Netflix que then take it out. Its not worth the time.
