8 out of 10 Skulls

I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!  I would consider this the Night of the Living Dead movie only with werewolves.  I'll explain that in a bit. Plot time: Scotland is the setting for this bloody tale.  After a quick first scene that ends in bloodshed, we are taken to a Scotland military exercise type camp.

Our soldiers are using guns with blanks in the wilderness trying to survive and be prepared.  What they don't know is that werewolves are hunting them trying to kill them.

Once they realize this, they replace the blanks with actual bullets and are driven to a home in the middle of the woods.  There they fight for survival until only a few are left.

I said it was like Night of the Living Dead because these guys were ran into the secluded house where they have enough supplies to defend themselves for a small amount of time and then have to use their resourcefulness to survive from there.

What absolutely blew me away about this movie was the character buildup.  I felt the comradery between the soldiers.

Most werewolf movies look like utter crap with the design and execution of the actual wolf.  This movie, they look real because of the camera shots.  We hardly get any solid shots on the werewolves.  It's either shaky, corner of the camera shot or just rapidly quick.  Which is smart because it makes what we don't know all the more scary.

This movie f'n rocks and I will tell everyone to go right now and buy it.  It's not the best movie ever, but it's fun and destined to become a classic.  Peace.
