Cube Review

A group of people wake up in a three dimensional cube that never seems to end. There are rooms that make up this giant cube and each room is also a cube. The whole thing is a maze, but within that maze lies many deadly traps that the people must avoid to escape. But there seems to be no escape, and there aren't enough shoes for everyone to avoid the traps forever. But there is one person among the group that knows how to figure out the cube, but will that be enough for people to escape, or will they fall victim to the cube?

Cube is an interesting and pretty good movie, plus the opening scene kicks ass and is gory! Just the way I like it :D! Cube is obviously a sci-fi movie and the people within the cube have no idea who they are. Their mind has been erased....These kind of adds more confusion to the movie, not in a bad way, but you don't know who they are and why they are there so it gives something for the audience to look forward to finding out, rather than just looking for the deadly traps. No the traps are not like Saw, if you were wondering, the traps and quick and you don't see them coming. You never know when a room is trapped or with what, or how to trigger it, so you're basically screwed if you end up there.

The gore in cube is quite good but the opening scene is the goriest part and nothing passes taht in the movie. But that all just adds to the movie that has an interesting idea but not enough to keep it going. I mean yes, I sat through it and enjoyed it but I didn't like the characters, really at all. But thats just me lol.

Overall Cube is a good movie and worth checking out,  its not flat out horror its sci-fi but it definitely has that horror element to it. Cube is good and I give it a 7/10!!!!
