Mindhunters Review

This movie is probably one of the few movies in recent years that I was actually guessing on who the killer was and not successful. For that I give it a great review. I expected it to be a total flop. After seeing previews for this movie for more then a year and then watching it come and go at the theater, I figured it would be horrible.

Now don't get me wrong though, this movie had potential to be so much more than it was. But it is full of twists and turns, which so many movies lack these days. Plus it had some pretty creative ways to kill people.

The acting in this movie is pretty much on par with any other non oscar bound movie. It is good enough to be ok. Not too much over the top and not so subtle is makes you sleep.

The director Renny Harlin did a great job making the movie visually fun. I think he knows his action movies also. Being responsible for Die Hard 2, Cliffhanger, and The Long Kiss Goodnight gives him the right background to be qualified in my book.

I would encourage anyone to check this flick out on DVD if you enjoy watching a movie  that keeps you guessing on who the killer might be.
