Land of the Dead (2005) Review

10 out of 10 Skulls

Land of the Dead was directed by the single greatest zombie film director of a all time. That person being, George A. Romero. The man who's responsible for other zombie classics such as "Night of the Living Dead", "Dawn of the Dead",  and "Day of the Dead". And now, George gives us his newish 2005 zombie classic, "Land of the Dead". And let me tell you something, if you're a true zombie fan, you'll love this movie.

Land of the Dead has a solid cast of actors playing their roles perfectly. Those actors being Simon Baker, John Leguizamo, Asia Argento, Robert Joy, Eugene Clark, Dennis Hopper, and a cameo of Tom Savini Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright!!!!! Most of these names are unheard of (with the exception of Dennis Hopper,Tom Savini and the Shaun duo),  but don't judge the movie because of that. These newer actors are really really great.

The story is great too. I never get tired of watching this film. And it's because of the story, the characters, the zombies, and the fact that there's just so much to see. Your going to wanna watch this film twice to catch everything, believe me.

Land of the Dead is everything a zombie film should be. Awesome gore, great story, cool characters, and a director who definitly knows what the hell he's doing. Land of the Dead is a underappreciated zombie classic that every zombie fan should see.
