Hatchet Review

From the opening scene to the conclusion this movie was full of cheesy moments.  Couple that with a lot of bad one liners and worse creature effects and there you go.  It had the potential for a good movie but the sub par character development was a real let down.  I will say there were a few good gore moments with some intensity. 

Maybe I went in with false expectations of this being a genuine horror movie, but that it is not.  I honestly don't know if it was going for a horror comedy aspect or a more cheezier aspect but whichever one it was, it missed the mark.
