Robert Rodriguez's Predators is a movie that works, by sticking to what made the original great: intense jungle action against a deadly unknown enemy. Although the original Predator had a fun steriod bulging muscle filled cast of Arnold, Carl Weathers, Jesse Ventura , this new improved cast of eight survivors that have dangerous pasts mercenary Royce (Adrien Brody), Israeli  sniper Isabelle (Alice Braga), serial killer Walter Stans (Walton Goggins), drug gang lord Cuchillo (Danny Trejo), Russian Special Forces soldier (Oleg Taktarov), Sierra Leone warlord Mombasa (Mahershalalhashbaz Ali) and Yakuza killer Hanzo (Louis Ozawa Changchien). And a not so nice doctor named Edwin (Topher Grace).

The movie opens big – the eight humans are parachuted onto a bizarre, lushl green jungle planet. Right away  the hunt is on, pure action..kills m great special effects and everything you expect from a Predators movie...we all know the creatures are hunters and how they kill so there weren't really too many surprises there. If there is anything negative I  have to say about this film is that it seemed like it took almost too much time for the characters to see the Predators, figure out what their purpose was there and the Lawrence Fishburne cameo wasn't the best idea to me.  But it this film is a great addition to the first two movies of the franchise.
