Place Your Bets and Check Out the first Trailer for ‘Sadako vs Kayako’

Back in December we got an early Christmas gift when it was revealed that “The Grudge” and “The Ring” would be colliding in a Japanese horror showdown.  The film, simply titled “Sadako vs Kayako”, looks to pit the main antagonists from both series in a horrific battle with innocent lives caught in the mix. Sounds like a good time!

While the film isn’t due out in Japan until June of this year we have our first trailer for the battle royale.  In one corner we have Sadako (“The Ring”) hailing from a well in the middle of a forest.   In the other corner is Kayako (“The Grudge”) from a quaint Japanese home where people get murdered all day long.  Who will reign supreme? And while the trailer is in Japanese, the best part is when Kayako smashes Sadako’s tape.  That’s such a weird supernatural diss. I love it.
