Teeth, really?  I would hardly classify this as horror.  The whole movie is so over the top that its funny.  Maybe the first “bite” was horrific, but after that…. You seriously think this is scary?

That’s amazing, please tell me how you know the sexuality of an inanimate object.

      Alternately…

That word, I don’t think it means what you think it does…

the first feast wasn’t that bad but the second one was lame.

Was this a Peter Jackson film?? He is amazing! I am a kiwi and loved the Toxic Avenger when it first came out – back way before he ever did The Lord of the Rings etc….

“You don’t need arms to kick ass”
Yup, those sequels were bad allright.

Abominable might have fitted on this list, even though it is pretty fake. And Apollo 18 might count as a monster movie…

I’ve seen allmost all of these, I’m more up to date than I thought.

I agree with all of them. The Descent was my last favourite of the list.

omg i loved descent it was really scary. compared to the other movies. the others were lame. i saw cloverfield on opening night and it was boring. feast was ok. troll hunter lame. and its being remade in american.

great list!! ‘The Descent’ is one of my favourite films.

Some great monster movies on there – ‘Splinter’ ,’Cloverfield’, ‘Feast’……..that would be a cool triple bill right there! ;)

This reviewer must be high. He’s still refering to “Splinter” when we’re all reading about “Slither”. What a hack!

This guy is a moron and shouldn’t be giving the low down on movies he obviously didn’t pay attention to. It wasn’t a “freak storm”. It was the government that opened a doorway into another dimension in an experiment, and the experiment got out of control, allowing the monters from the other world to step into ours.

why would he ruin the story for those who haven’t watched it by putting a main plot twist in his synopsis dumbass

Martyrs, The Devil’s Rejects and Inside should be in this list. I loved every movie in this list except the 1st one (Troll hunter) :S

    • http://twitter.com/ZabuBoi Zabu

Martys and The Devils rejects were not Monster films.

  • http://twitter.com/ZabuBoi Zabu

Are you guys serious? Troll hunter was the amazing!! I was so delighted when I finally watched it because the synopsis seemed so lame.

How about Eh-hem, “Monsters”? Or Attack the Block? Come on now, two classics.

The only movie I haven’t seen is Feast. I never even heard of it. It’s not on Netflix, so Piratebay I go…
