Chris Savage

Frankenstein’s monster has seen his fare share of battles, but I don’t think anything has prepared for this onslaught. Who’s ready for Sherlock Holmes vs. Frankenstein, if you’re, head on down below.

According to the folks over at Screen Daily, Parkland Pictures is currently selling Sherlock Holmes vs. Frankenstein which hasĀ Gautier Cazenave attached to direct.

The film has recently scored “Shane Briant and Clement Von Franckenstein (a real life baron whose family name Mary Shelley adapted for her 1818 classic)” to star in the upcoming flick.

The film see’s “Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson travelling to Germany to investigate a strange case in the village of Darmstadt.”

Marteau Pictures is attached to produce with a start date in 2013.

Now I don’t know about you guys, but this just sounds freakin’ awesome, I’m just praying that they can pull something intriguing off.

Sweet! I know many find the premise for these kind of films cheesy, but when done right they are fun and enjoyable… as long as they don’t try and make them comedies.
