Holy cow! That was fast. It was only a few weeks or so ago that we announced that Universal had secured UK distribution rights for Jen & Sylvia Soska’s American Mary, and yet today we have all the details regarding the upcoming UK release.
While I am yet to see this one, I can almost guarantee you that this one will be worth the purchase, I mean, its by the freakin’ Twisted Twins!
American Mary will hit UK shelves this January 21st via Universal Home Entertainment on DVD and Blu-ray.
I did some digging and Sainsbury’s has this one the cheapest for £8.99 on DVD and £10.99 on blu-ray, so what are you waiting for? Go pre-order this sucker!
The film stars Antonio Cupo, Katharine Isabelle, Tristan Risk and David Lovgren.
Synopsis: “American Mary tells the story of broke student Mary Mason (Katharine Isabelle) who grows disenchanted with medical school and the doctors she once idolised. The allure of easy money sends a desperate Mary through the gruesome world of underground surgeries but soon finds they leave more marks on her than the so-called freakish clientele…”
