NBC Reveals Premiere Dates for Grimm and Dracula

When “Grimm” premiered two years ago…I kind of hated it.  It just seemed a bit dull and the horrible CGI was repulsive to my eyeballs.  However, I kept tuning in and somehow the show managed to grow on me.  The CGI is still terrible, but I think it has vastly improved since it’s first season.

In fact, I’m so invested in the show that I was pretty miffed when the second season ended on a cliffhanger.  Just how long were we going to have to wait to find out the fate of Nick?! Well NBC recently revealed their fall schedule and the answer is bittersweet.

Grimm will return to Fridays (thankfully) and season three will debut on October 25th at 9 p.m.  Just in time for Halloween.  Personally, I would’ve prefered an October filled with “Grimm”, but I’ll take what I can get.

Premiering immediately after “Grimm” will be NBC’s “Dracula.”  The new series stars Jonathan Rhys Meyers as the legendary vampire who returns to Victorian England to seek revenge on those who doomed him to an immortal hell.  The series is being written by Daniel Knauf who previously worked on “Carnivale” and “Supernatural.” You can check out the trailer for it below.
