Lake Placid vs. Anaconda to Begin Filming This December?

Chris Savage

Lake PlacidJust when you guys thought it was safe to get back in the water, actually the hell with that. Just when you guys thought it was safe to walk, run or swim, for that matter! Along comes something that I don’t think anyone knew was coming. That’s right folks, it looks as if we may be seeing a Lake Placid vs. Anaconda film.

According to a quick blurb by B-D, Lake Placid vs. Anaconda is said to begin filming this December in Bulgaria, and that’s just about all we know at this time.

According to the site casting is underway, but we have nothing to report at this time.

I have to admit, Anaconda was a fun flick for me, but saying that I hated the sequels, but on the other hand I’ve pretty much enjoyed the majority of Lake Placid films, so who knows how this one shapes up if indeed this actually happens.

So, anyone up for this one?

Hopefully a direct to DVD release. I would line to meet the incredibly lame person that comes up with these crappy ideas. They deserve a swift 1940’s smack across the face.
