New Images for Dead Snow: Red Vs Dead

Jason McDonald

You know what they say, you can’t keep a good Nazi zombie down. Who says that? I’d like to tell you, but I just don’t have the time. Instead, how about I direct your attention to the new images for “Dead Snow: Red Vs Dead.”

The sequel to the Norwegian hit is finally coming to America this January when it debuts at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.  If you haven’t seen the original “Dead Snow”, let me fill you in: There are nazi zombies.  That’s all you need to know.

The film is being written and directed by Tommy Wirkola and stars Vegar Hoel, Stig Frode Henriksen, Martin Starr, Ørjan Gamst, Ingrid Haas, Jocelyn DeBoer.  I could probably properly pronounce two of those names.  “Dead Snow: Red Vs Dead” brings “the gruesome Nazi Zombies back to finish their mission, but our hero is not willing to die. He is gathering his own army to give them a final fight.”

Sundance runs from January 16th to the 26th.

Just a thought for the videophiles out there…these images ROCK. Anyone with a blu-ray player is likely in for a real HD treat when it comes to disc. The original is a great HD presentation.

Just as long as it isn’t as bad as Zombie Lake.
