Spears Denies Faster PussyCat Role

Just yesterday a big hub-bub was generated over the fact that apparently Britney Spears would play a role in the upcoming Tarantino flick Faster PussyCat Kill Kill as a lesbian stripper turned killer. According to Teen Hollywood the rumor is just that... a rumor. They quote her people as saying;

"Though she definitely intends to explore acting roles down the road, right now she?s concentrating on recording her next album."

And we all breathe a sigh of relief. So was this a viral gimmick to get us talking about the new movie or just another one of those silly rumors that drive us die hard genre fans nuts.
