For you guys right now we have some more indie madness to fill out your day, and this one features none other than Vlad the Impaler! Yep, get your teeth sunk into this sucker. Below we have scored the first official poster and trailer for Derek Hockenbrough’s The Impaler.

At this time we have no word on a release date unfortunately, but it appears they’re eyeing up a Halloween release this year, so keep those eyes peeled.

The film stars Diana Busuioc, Teo Celigo, Christina Collard, Marcienne Dwyer, Christian Gehring, Rocco Nugent, Mark Jacobson, and Mindy Robinson.

Synopsis: Seven high-school friends begin their Euro-trip at the actual castle of Vlad the Impaler where he supposedly sold his soul to the Devil over 500 years earlier, but the decrepit castle’s past envelopes them in a bloody ritual.
