Gabourey Sidibe Is Cast in American Horror Story: Coven

I think you all know my love for American Horror Story by now, I just cannot get enough of this show, and I’m sure many of you can’t either. So, with the new season American Horror Story: Coven on the cards, we have just been made aware of some new casting.

Recently, Ryan Murphy took to Twitter to announce the following;

Thrilled to announce Oscar nominee Gabourey Sidibe is joining the cast of ‘American Horror Story: Coven’.

I’m a little unfamiliar with Gabourey Sidibe (pictured above; Precious), but I’m sure she will bring something interesting to the table.

Sidibe joins the previously announced cast of Frances Conroy, Taissa Farmiga, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Kathy Bates, and Jessica Lange.

The new season is said to shoot in several locations and judging by the title Coven, you can be sure this one will feature a few witches or two.
